FutCoach (“the Service”), owned by KODAMA VENTURES (“the Company”), holds all rights to the application bearing its name, as well as the associated WhatsApp bot. This application uses artificial intelligence to create and manage football training sessions.By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any future updates, you must notify FutCoach. Expressing disagreement with the Terms and Conditions of Use and the Privacy Policy may result in the loss of your status as a user of the application.These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain, with the courts of the Community of Madrid having exclusive jurisdiction.
2. Use of the Service
2.1. The Service is intended for coaches, players, and football enthusiasts who wish to create or access training sessions.
2.2. To access the Service through the mobile app, users must download the application and register using an email and password or another method provided by the platform, such as Google or Apple. It is also possible to access the WhatsApp bot using a valid phone number and an active WhatsApp account.
2.3. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide.
2.4. You may delete your account at any time using the feature available in the "Settings" section or by sending an email to infofutcoach@gmail.com if the first option is not available. This action is irreversible and will delete your conversation history, training sessions, and any other information stored in your account.
3. Use Restrictions
3.1. It is not permitted to use the Service for illegal purposes or in ways that infringe upon the rights of third parties.
3.2. Attempting to access, modify, or manipulate the systems supporting the Service is strictly prohibited.
3.3. The Company may impose usage limits to safeguard the platform's stability against misuse.
3.4. Additionally, usage limits may be established based on the user’s tier, distinguishing between users with an active subscription and those without.
3.5. The Company may terminate your access to and use of the Service immediately at any time, for any reason, and at that point, you will no longer have the right to use the Service.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
4.2. The Company is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service..
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All rights to the content generated by the bot, excluding user-provided information, are the property of the Company.
5.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content of the Service without prior authorization.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
6.1. If you purchase a recurring subscription through the Service, your FutCoach account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you cancel it as outlined below.
6.2. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional equivalent period.
6.3. If you do not wish for your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or cancel your subscription, you must send an email to infofutcoach@gmail.com.
6.4. All financial transactions related to the Service will be processed by a third party in accordance with their respective terms of use, privacy policy, and/or any applicable payment conditions. Payments are processed via Stripe or RevenueCat. We recommend that you review the practices of these third parties. Under no circumstances shall FutCoach be held liable for the actions or omissions of any third-party payment processor, including but not limited to, system downtime or service interruptions.
6.5. Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable. There are no refunds for partially used membership periods. However, FutCoach may issue refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion. The issuance of a refund or credit by FutCoach in one instance does not obligate FutCoach to provide a refund or credit in the future under any circumstances. If you cancel your recurring subscription to a paid FutCoach service, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period.

7.1. FutCoach reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via WhatsApp, the app, email, or on the Service’s website.
